Hi, I’m theresa
I incorporate the Trauma Recovery Process (TRP) in the teaching of the Medicine Wheel, Mantra, Chakra, Meditation and Yoga to create a journey for individuals to process life’s developmental experiences while feeling safe, informed and confident. I see many people dealing with illness and aging take their body back and enjoy the simple pleasures and freedom of everyday life. I believe that a regular yoga practice can help regulate stress and anxiety levels and develop strength, flexibility, and balance. They learn how to relax and experience a deeper dimension of awareness and acceptance as their confidence and enthusiasm returns and their lives become more fully integrated.
I am a licensed TIMBo leader, facilitating private and group TIMBo sessions. I am a trauma informed mind and body wellness coach. My background in buddhist, Christian ,shamanic and yogic studies offers the individual a comfort level that works for my clients personal well being and growth.
